I'm Nilesh, a passionate full-stack AI developer.

As a founding engineer at ZEN, I am contributing to building the company from the ground up, taking ownership of both technical and strategic initiatives. My role spans beyond engineering — from designing and developing scalable systems to shaping product direction and contributing to operational workflows.

I work in diversified capacities, balancing core software development with non-technical responsibilities such as process optimization, product strategy, and mentoring early team members. This unique position allows me to directly influence the company’s growth and culture while ensuring that the technology foundation is strong, future-proof, and adaptable to evolving business needs.

At inagiffy, I worked as a fullstack developer delivering end-to-end solutions across web and mobile platforms. I developed Flutter-based mobile applications with deep AI integration, and also contributed to building robust web applications powered by modern AI/ML capabilities.

My work involved collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with clients across industries, where I helped design and implement AI-driven workflows, chatbots, and automation solutions that directly impacted their efficiency and customer engagement. The role gave me broad exposure to real-world problem-solving and strengthened my expertise in building scalable, production-ready software using cutting-edge technologies.

During my internship at ND Infotronics, I gained hands-on experience in building cross-platform applications using Flutter for both mobile and desktop (Windows).

I was responsible for developing client-specific applications, focusing on usability, performance, and seamless deployment. This role provided me with a strong foundation in Flutter development and exposed me to working with multiple clients simultaneously, sharpening both my technical and communication skills.
